    With over 10 years of experience in earthmoving tyre management within the mining industry, Mitchell has established himself as a skilled leader and problem solver. Starting his career as a trainee, he has advanced through various supervisory roles to his current position at ATS, where he oversees operational efficiency and team performance.

    Mitchell specializes in turning around underperforming sites, catching up on backlog work, and implementing long-term strategies to optimise operations. His focus on safety is evident through the introduction of safety controls that reduce risks and ensure compliance. He is also proficient in reorganising tyre bays to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.

    A proactive, hands-on leader, Mitchell’s resourcefulness and deep industry knowledge make him a valuable asset to Australian Tyre Services and its clients.
